Day flying species, prefering bright sunshine.
Completely black except for white wing-tip fringes.

Grassy meadows, dry chalky and limestone areas.

Norfolk record from Morston in the late 1950's.

Recorded in 1 (1%) of 69 10k Squares.
First Recorded in 1956.
Last Recorded in 1956.
