Norfolk status
Widespread.
Male has black head, greenish golden metallic forewing with silver fascia. Female has black or orange head.

Leaf-mine: May-June. July-Sept. (Oct)
Slender direct gallery changing abruptly to a blotch, usually on the leaf margin.

First Recorded in 1874.
