Norfolk status
The status of the four Dioryctria species in Britain uncertain, as very difficult to tell apart.
Fairly common over a wide range. Associated with pine.

D. abietella is rather dentated in its more dorsal portion of the sub-terminal line.

Recorded in 40 (58%) of 69 10k Squares.
First Recorded in 1884.
Last Recorded in 2014.
