Norfolk status
One of four very similar Coleophora species found in Norfolk. Metallic bronzy green with purple sheen at apex of forewing.

[MBGBI vol3 inadvertently merged two valid species alcyonipennella (517) and frischella (517a).
Both species have been recognised from the British Isles (specimen in BMNH from 1850 has been re-determined as C. frischella). C.frischella has only been recorded a handful of times from the west of Britain.]

Recorded in 16 (23%) of 69 10k Squares.
First Recorded in 2002.
Last Recorded in 2012.
