Norfolk status
Common and widespread Autumnal species.
Quite variable in colour.
Found in grassland, arable fields, coastal sand-dunes and cliffs, open woodland, heathland, fens and gardens.

Very similar to Sandhill Rustic, found at coastal locations in Suffolk, and the rare migrant Dumeril's Rustic. Neither have been recorded in Norfolk.
