Norfolk status Diurnal species. Rare, now known from only one area in North Norfolk. The known site is searched annually but the moth was last seen in 2015.
Grassland on chalky soil, heathland, moorland, woodland rides, coastal sand-dunes.
Victorian records plus old records from Roydon 1977, Dersingham 1987 and 1988, Foulden Common 1982 - 1986. Surviving north Norfolk colony monitored annually.
