Common and widespread.
The Mullein moth can be found in gardens and open ground across Norfolk. This moth has one generation a year with adults on the wing from April to May.

The distinctive brightly coloured caterpillars, with black and yellow spotted markings, can be found feeding on Mullein from May to July.
