Norfolk status Resembles Hedya nubiferana but is slightly smaller. The two dark postmedian dots are situated away (distad) from the angle of the median fascia.
Widespread and common in woodlands, hedgerows and gardens throughout Britain and regularly recorded in Norfolk. The larva feeding in the shoots and later, in the leaves of the foodplant.
