Norfolk status

Scarce species found mainly in the south, with larvae that feed on Apple, living within a spun or rolled leaf.

Similar to Eudemis profundana with a protruding scale tuft, but lacks the clear white dorsal patch and orange/brown thorax usually found in E. profundana.

New for Norfolk in 2022 at Litcham (K. Kerr, 23/07/2022)

First recorded in Suffolk during 2019.
