Norfolk status
Adventive.

Adventive species found in India and Pakistan through south-east Asia to Australia, where It is considered a pest on fruit trees.
UK specimens are thought to be accidentally imported as early stages in fruit.

The first UK adult specimen of this far eastern species was trapped by Leon Truscott in Cornwall on 23 June 2007. Larvae of this species have also been found in imported fruit from Pakistan.

New for Norfolk in 2016 when an adult moth flew in to a conservatory at Aylsham one late morning in May. (Allison Carroll, 22/05/16)
