Local. Very rare.
Possibly under-recorded as leaf mine is easily overlooked (see photo), seldom encountered except as an adult.

Mine recorded from Wells-next-the Sea in 2006.

Leaf-mine: September - May
Inflated mine in the green bark of a twig.
