Norfolk status Nationally scarce (Na) in damp woodland throughout England where the foodplant poplar (Populus) occurs.
Leaf-mine: Mine on the underside of leaf. Mines do not distort the leaves much but usually there is a paler mottling on the upperside of the leaf.
First Norfolk record of mines on Grey Poplar ( Populus canescens ) found at Weeting Heath in 2013 ( I. Barton, K. Rosewarne, 18/08/2013) First for VC27, mine on White Poplar at Banham Zoo in 2020 (A. Wren, 11/10/2020)
