Norfolk status Widespread. Distictive moth with two creamy spots and basal patch on a violet-tinged blackish forewing. Larvae mine oak creating a triangular blotch. Often found in fallen leaves where the presence of the mine creates a 'green island'. Leaf-mine: October-December.
