Norfolk status
Resembles several others in the genus Coleophora.
Diagnostic white tarsus on each leg. (re scientific name)
Adult flies at night, and sometimes in sunlight.
Pupation from May to early June is in the case, usually attached to a hard surface such as a rock or post.

Verification Grade Comment: Adult: If a photo, white tarsi must be clearly visible
