Norfolk status
One of the four similar metallic bronzy green Coleophora species.
Grassy places where foodplant grows.
Flies in sunshine, mainly before noon.
Leaf-mine: July - September (then overwintering)

The species was only separated from C. frischella in 1976.

Verification Grade Comment: "Adult: If a photo, antennal features must be clearly visible"

Case: A good quality photo or specimen of the case and plant/pabulum and the bred moth is required.
