Seldom seen at the adult stage.
Grassland and rough disturbed ground especially on the coast.

Very few Norfolk records - Dereham in 1997 (A.M. Emmet) and in the Brecks from 2015, with few records in recent years.

Similar to D. pulcherrimella from which it can be seperated on external characters if fresh otherwise dissection is necessary.
