Scarce.

Found in urban areas and near old buildings mainly in southern England scattered northwards to Northumberland.

New for Norfolk at North Elmham in 2014 (D. Appleton, 02/09/14)

Very similar to B. dryadella and often only separable by dissection of the genitalia.
