American species, with a number of records now emerging from Europe.

First UK record in 2001 of larvae found feeding on imported pomegranates form Spain in a supermarket in Plymouth, Devon.

New for Norfolk in 2016, Several recorded at a garden light trap adjacent a garden centre in Costessey throughout September. (M. Casey, 01/09/16)
