Norfolk status
Locally widespread.
Very similar to previous species Aethes francillana, distinguished by broader and less oblique markings to forewing.
Waste ground, woodland fringes and hedgerows.

Has also been found to feed on Alexanders.

Recorded in 43 (62%) of 69 10k Squares.
First Recorded in 1996.
Last Recorded in 2020.
