Norfolk status Scarce. Mainly coastal habitats, grassland on light sand or stony soils where foodplant Sheep's-bit found.
Very few modern-day records in Norfolk from Winterton Dunes NNR (Sterling, 1993) and recent records from Winterton Dunes and Yarmouth (2001 - present).
Interestingly, Barrett lists Yarmouth Denes in his 1874 checklist, along with Middleton (VC28) in 1884. Both records are noted as "Scarce".
