Norfolk status
Widespread.
Very similar to Incurvaria pectinea.

Males of this species and the similar I. pectinea both have comb-like or 'pectinate' antennae, a feature unusual amongst the micros.

This species tends to show more contrasting features, often with a purple metallic sheen.

Female could be confused with I. oehlmanniella but yellow marking on costa (if present) is closer to head than adjacent tornal spot.

Leaf-mine: May and June.
